He joined LoyaltyEdge at American Express where he designed and built loyalty programs for companies like Wells Fargo, Delta and FedEx. In recent years, Gabe shifted his attention to Amex customers and has become a passionate advocate of leveraging Agile Product Management to deliver innovative technology products.
