Justin is a co-founder and SVP of Business Development and Partnerships at Helix, a personal genomics company dedicated to empowering every person to improve their life through DNA. To accomplish this, Helix works with a diverse set of high-quality partners to create a vibrant ecosystem of DNA-powered products. Justin has responsibility for the ecosystem of partners that are core to the Helix platform model. He leads teams that establish partnerships, help partners build, launch, and grow great DNA-powered products, and set strategy for the company.
Prior to Helix, Justin was a Vice President in the healthcare group at Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm focused on growth investing. Earlier in his career, he also spent time at the Boston Consulting Group, where he worked with a variety of companies in the tech and healthcare industries, and Onyx Pharmaceuticals, where he played a key role in the acquisition of Proteolix. Justin holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an M.S. in Bioengineering from Stanford University. He also received a J.D. from Stanford Law School and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
