The event is designed to be a mix of Company presentations, Values and Business Principles exploitation, Strategic Consulting Projects overview, and Q&A followed by a networking sessions with Simon-Kucher team.
In the Presentation Session you will have the chance to peek into the world of consulting while being provided with a safe space to reflect upon any thoughts you may have in relation to your future career and development.
In the Q&A and networking sessions, you will have the chance to obtain insights into consulting life examples while gaining a valuable network of both Simon-Kucher consultants and other female students and graduates in similar positions as yourself.

Who can apply
You can apply if you self-identify as a woman and are about to graduate with a Bachelor, Master’s, MBA, or if you have recently graduated from university. Join our event if you are passionate about kick-starting a consulting career in Milan within the next year! We value diversity – therefore, any type of background is welcomed.
