Mark is Head of Transaction Services & Private Equity, which is focused on providing Commercial Due Diligence to private equity and corporate clients.
Prior to joining Simon-Kucher's London Office Mark spent 17 years at PwC Strategy&, with over 8 years as a partner, most recently leading PwC’s UK Media and Entertainment team as well as PwC’s Strategy and Transactions teams for Tech, Media and Telecoms.
Mark has advised clients on 275 deals across many sectors, but in particular Media and Tech. Mark has particularly strong experience within Information/Data, Events, Digital Marketplaces, Software, Outdoor Advertising and Digital Media.
