James is a partner with Simon-Kucher in our Industrials practice, focused on the Chemicals sector as well as manufacturing industries.
James’s career at Simon-Kucher is noted by deep knowledge in pricing and commercial excellence topics, particularly price model design, pricing governance, and change management, especially as part of global transformation initiatives. With many of James’s clients in portfolios of Private Equity firms, he excels in finding immediate value that provides resources to build sustainable, structural enhancements. He has also spent many years supporting strategic ownership decisions to create value for clients and their customers alike.
James has an affection for knowledge, demonstrated by earning three degrees that support his focus today. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Notre Dame, earned a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Southern California, and most recently earned an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
