Sebastian Haenen is Director in our Amsterdam office.
Sebastian has over 10 years experience and led over 25 consulting engagements. He specializes in commercial strategy within the Software, Financial Services and Telco industries both in a B2C and B2B environment with a focus on proposition and pricing structure, partner strategy and sales excellence.
Some examples of projects he has worked on include: revenue model optimization for B2C Software player, packaging and pricing strategy for B2C Financial Services player, partner strategy for B2B Software player and sales excellence (Org structure, process, funnel, incentives) for B2B Telco player.
Sebastian holds a MSc in Business Administration, from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
