Jan is a Partner in Simon-Kucher’s Riyadh office. He has more than 10 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, providing advice to leading private companies and public entities across Europe and the Middle East.
Jan develops strategies that accelerate the digital transformation cross-industry in highly innovative environments. He advises clients on developing and realizing sustainable business models by mastering the complexity of leveraging new technologies and innovative methods across organizations. Since 2013, Jan has been driving IoT and I4.0 and developed digital innovations before focusing on more holistic approaches that drive Industry 4.0 to success across the enterprise.
Prior to joining Simon-Kucher, Jan was a Partner at Roland Berger in the Middle East and Germany. He also founded a startup that won the Techstars incubator program driving innovation in the manufacturing space.
Jan studied at the Technical University of Hamburg, UC Berkeley, Stockholm University, UC Santa Barbara and the University of Leiden and has a PhD in physics.
