Throughout his career, Sebastian has provided strategic guidance to clients in Europe and the GCC, with a particular focus on public services, financial services, industrial goods, and healthcare. Furthermore, his deep expertise in digitalization and technology-driven innovation has been crucial in orchestrating large-scale digital transformations.
Before joining Simon-Kucher, Sebastian served as a Principal at Roland Berger, held leadership roles at software firms, and amassed significant entrepreneurial experience by successfully founding and leading a startup in Germany.
Sebastian's academic journey began with studies in Business Information at the Technical University of Munich, Germany, and continued at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden.
