The proven HR expert will support the global strategy and marketing consultancy in its consistent expansion and growth course.
Cologne/Frankfurt, September 30, 2021 - Claudia Mueller has taken on the role of global Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) at Simon-Kucher. As CHRO, Mueller leads the consultancy's company-wide HR function and reports directly to CEO Andreas von der Gathen. She succeeds Stephan Butscher, who will be moving on to other roles within the company after leading the global HR function for more than 10 years.
Mueller, who will work from the Frankfurt office in her global role, has more than 30 years of experience in HR, both in the professional services environment and in the industrial sector. This includes stints at world-leading companies such as Arthur Andersen / Ernst & Young (EY) Nestlé, Savills Investment Management and GEA Westfalia Separator where she successfully contributed in implementing far-reaching transformation processes. Mueller also brings with her the expertise of more than ten years as a systemic coach and is very familiar with current topics such as agile leadership and cultural change.
She has extensive expertise in building and leading international, modern HR structures and teams in different markets. Prior to her new role at Simon-Kucher, she was most recently Head of HR Continental Europe at Cushman Wakefield.
