Sara Yamase
Sara is a Partner and Managing Partner of Technology, Media & Telecom at Simon-Kucher. She works in both our Silicon Valley and Houston offices. Previously, she served a Head of the Software, Internet, and Media practice. Her consulting work focuses on new product pricing, product positioning and commercialization strategy, and price optimization for software and internet companies. She is an expert on pricing strategies, price model design, segmentation, advanced research design, and price implementation.
