Rachel is a Senior Director in Simon-Kucher’s Life Sciences practice and works in the London office. She has more than 12 years of experience in strategy consulting. Rachel leads global projects and has in-depth knowledge of EU markets, as well as being a UK business and market lead.
Rachel specializes in the development and implementation of international pricing and market access, evidence generation optimization and commercial excellence strategies. She has executed multiple projects in the areas of launch strategy planning, value communication and price governance.
Rachel’s therapeutic area expertise spans rare diseases, cell and gene therapies, oncology and specialty care. Across these therapeutic areas, she has supported leading biotech and pharmaceutical companies’ preparation of optimal global launch pricing and contracting strategies, navigating complex evidence generation needs and preparation for payer negotiations.
Rachel holds a Masters degree in Biochemistry from the University of Cambridge. In addition to her studies, Rachel undertook research in the field of genome biology at the Wellcome Trust Cancer Research UK Gurdon Institute, Cambridge, and the European Molecular Biology Laboratory, Heidelberg, Germany.
