Patrick specializes in commercial excellence topics, including go-to-market strategies, pricing transformation, product launch strategy, and digital business model development. His expertise also extends to AI-based pricing, pricing software, and monetizing digital and metaverse initiatives. Over the course of his career, Patrick has led more than 100 projects globally, supporting both B2C and B2B companies in achieving transformative results across diverse segments, including two-wheelers and heavy machinery.
In addition to his consulting work, Patrick is a sought-after speaker at international conferences, seminars, and podcasts, where he shares insights on commercial strategy, innovation, and industry trends.
Patrick joined Simon-Kucher in early 2014. Prior to that, he earned a BSc and MSc in International Business with a focus on Strategy and Innovation from Maastricht University.
