His expertise and project experience spans growth strategy formulation, packaging & pricing, pricing model innovations, customer base management, sales incentives redesign, and operating model redesign/implementation.
Xi Bing has 14 years of strategy consulting experience; prior to joining Simon-Kucher, he worked on strategic planning, growth strategy, enterprise technology implementation and large-scale transformation programmes for multinational clients across technology, energy and financial services sectors.
He also has an international business and cultural perspective having lived and led consulting projects in various global hubs including London, New York, Dubai, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, and Jakarta.
Xi Bing earned his M.B.A. from Columbia University and holds a First Class bachelor’s degree in electronic and communications engineering from the University of Bristol.
