Michael Nadel is a senior director in Simon-Kucher's Insurance practice, where he is based in the Chicago office. He is focused on helping insurance companies drive profitable growth through the optimization of pricing, sales, marketing, and digital strategies. This includes improving cross-selling, bundling, and customer segmentation; optimizing pricing, value management, and operations for better performance; and leveraging game mechanics, AI and data analytics to future-proof distribution and carrier-agent models.
Michael has more than a decade of experience in insurance and financial services. His specialties include insurance distribution, digital innovation, cross-industry ecosystems, technology and innovation, lead generation, pricing, packaging and segmentation, value creation and management, agile transformations, embedded insurance, customer engagement, and omnichannel distribution.
Michael earned an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, an MSc in Information Systems and a BSc in Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
