Boston, March 25 – Simon-Kucher, a global consultancy firm, has announced the appointment of Brad Soper as Co-Managing Director US and Managing Partner Americas.
Based in Atlanta, Brad Soper has been with the global consultancy for over a decade, serving as a Partner for the past 10 years and as the Global Head of Industrials for the last two years. Soper has extensive experience leading global commercial transformation programs covering go-to-market strategy, pricing, sales, and marketing.
As of January 2024, Soper is now leading Simon-Kucher’s Americas region, which comprises 11 offices across 5 countries in North and South America. Additionally, he holds a position as a Member of Simon-Kucher’s Global Executive Committee. With a focus on expansion, Soper utilizes his extensive experience and strategic insight to enhance the firm's market position throughout the Americas.
Before joining Simon-Kucher, Soper excelled as a turnaround specialist with a private equity firm and gained international consulting experience. His background includes a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Prior to earning his MBA Soper flew F-14 Tomcats for nine years in the US Navy.
