The Nordic Women Mentorship program will support you in navigating your upcoming career choices and in building a valuable network with bright female students and professionals.
Program Content
The mentorship program is designed to be a mix of 1:1 sessions with your personal mentor and networking sessions with Simon-Kucher consultants and other participants.
In the 1:1 sessions with your personal female mentor, you will have the chance to peek into the world of consulting while being provided with a safe space to reflect upon any thoughts you may have in relation to your future career and development.
In the networking sessions, you will have the chance to practice case interviews and obtaining insights into exciting project case examples while gaining a valuable network of both Simon-Kucher consultants and other female students and graduates in similar positions as yourself.
Timeline
The program will be running from February – May 2023.
- Deadline for applications will close on January 22, 2023
- Kick-off event: February 16, 2023 (17:00 – 20:30 CET)
- Midway event: March 30, 2023 (17:00 – 20:30 CET)
- Final event: May 3, 2023 (08:00 – 12:00 CET)
- Dates for your 1:1 sessions will be planned between you and your personal mentor on an ongoing basis
Who can apply
You can apply if you self-identify as woman, and you live up to one of the following:
- You are in your 2nd or 3rd year of a Bachelor’s degree
- You are in your 1st or 2nd year of a Master’s degree
- You are a PhD student
- You graduated in 2022
We value diversity – therefore, any type of degree and background are welcome.
However, we require that you are able to participate in-person for the group sessions in either the Copenhagen or Stockholm office.

If you are interested in being a part of the Nordic Women Mentorship program 2023, please submit your application no later than January 22, 2023. Please include your CV, university grade transcript, and motivation (150-250 words) for joining the program.
Please indicate your preferred office location in the online application tool and note that there is only a limited number of spots available.
