Carles is a Senior Director within the Consumer practice at Simon-Kucher, focusing his work on the restaurant, leisure and travel industries. He holds a MSc in Aerospace Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and has over a decade of experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) in various roles in both industry and consulting.
During his time at Simon-Kucher, he has led multitude of projects with the key players in these industries, covering topics such as static and dynamic pricing, marketing strategy, product strategy, distribution, customer experience, and lifetime value management. Prior to Simon-Kucher, Carles worked as a Senior Manager at Hotelbeds, where he was responsible for business pricing strategy, and started his career as a revenue management consultant for airlines at Amadeus, focusing on demand forecasting, dynamic pricing, and inventory management.
