Max is a Partner in the global Banking practice and a member of the Board, based in Cologne, Germany.
He advises leading private banks, online brokers, asset managers, and B2B infrastructure providers on product offering, pricing, and sales excellence topics and has extensive project experience in the fields of strategic positioning, pricing, and profitability management with a large number financial service providers across all major financial hubs.
Prior to joining Simon-Kucher & Partners, Max gained several years of consulting experience at Deloitte Consulting in Zurich, focusing on pricing, profitability management, and merger integration topics in various industries. He has published several articles on innovative offering and pricing models in the private banking and asset management industry and is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars.
Max holds a Master in Accounting and Finance from University of St. Gallen and a CEMS Master in International Management from HEC Paris and University of St. Gallen. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder since 2014.
