Simone is a Partner in Simon-Kucher’s Zurich office and has been with the company since 2012. As a member of our Business Services practice, she specializes in commercial excellence and monetization topics for a diverse range of business services and outsourcing firms.
Since joining Simon-Kucher, Simone has worked with companies in Europe, the US, and the UAE to guide them on their journey to commercial excellence and support them in achieving their ambitious growth plans. She also has an impressive track record working for private equity firms and their portfolio companies in different investment cycle stages.
Simone has carried out many commercial excellence and transformational efforts, including implementing new pricing, go-to-market, and sales strategies. She has also worked on a variety of project topics, including price adjustment campaigns, sales process and organization redesign, tender excellence, portfolio optimization and psychological pricing.
Simone earned a CEMS Master in International Management with a double degree from Vienna University of Economics & Business and Copenhagen Business School. She also earned her BSc in business administration with a focus on marketing and sales from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Vallendar, Germany.
