He studied macroeconomics at the Universities of Siegen, Bonn, and Los Angeles (UCLA) and received his doctorate at the University of Bielefeld. He has been working as a business consultant since 1985. Dr. Sebastian leads the Competence Centers of "Construction Technology" and "Chemicals".

Peter is a Senior Partner and a member of the global Medical Technology practice within Simon-Kucher’s Life Sciences activities and currently based in Munich, Germany. For his first 8 years in the company he was based in Germany and then relocated in 2008 to the US to establish a local Medical Technology presence.
